Unopened & Sealed Products

Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all packaging, seals, and labels intact to qualify for a full refund.

Full Refund

Opened Products

We accept returns of gently used items (less than 20% consumed). These may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit, depending on the condition.

Partial Refund

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used spray bottles are not eligible for return.

For unopened items, processed after receiving the returned item.
