Unopened & Sealed Products
Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all packaging, seals, and labels intact to qualify for a full refund.
Full RefundOpened Products
We accept returns of gently used items (less than 20% consumed). These may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit, depending on the condition.
Partial RefundNon-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used spray bottles are not eligible for return.
Not EligibleFor unopened items, processed after receiving the returned item.
For opened items, processed after inspection of the returned product.
