At Cotidiano Fragrance, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality in every bottle. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and transparent return process.

Returns Eligibility

Unopened & Sealed Products
Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all packaging, seals, and labels intact to qualify for a full refund.

Opened Products
We accept returns of gently used items (less than 20% consumed). These may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit, depending on the condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used spray bottles are not eligible for return.

Refund Processing

• Full refunds (for unopened items) are processed within 7 days after receiving the returned item.
• Partial refunds or store credits (for opened items) are processed within 15 days after inspection.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for unopened and sealed fragrances within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges for opened products are not available.
